Where do you ship to?

Shipping is currently available to selected countries only. If your country is not available at checkout or every items are showing "Sold Out", please let us know and we’ll check if shipping can be arranged.

Are shipping rates the same for every country?

For now, we offer a flat shipping rate across all available countries. Certain countries may incur additional fees due to higher shipping costs.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders will be packed and shipped within 3 working days after your order is confirmed.

How long will delivery take after shipping

Delivery will vary according to countries.

Singapore: 3-5 working days

Rest of the world: 7-21 days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Every order will be tracked and you'll be emailed the tracking number.

Do you ship bulky items internationally?

Unfortunately, bulky items are currently only available for delivery within Singapore to avoid exorbitant international shipping fees. Sorry about that!

How are my items packaged?

All items will be shrink-wrapped before shipping, however, due to uncertainties of international deliveries, boxed items may arrive with additional wear or damage during transit.

Do you combine shipping?

Unfortunately, to avoid overweight packages and keep shipping flat, there won't be combined shipping available.

Do I have to pay customs/import taxes?

For any international orders, any custom duties or taxes will be the buyer's responsibility, if applicable.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Most of our items are vintage collectibles and may show signs of age or wear. Please review the item photos and description carefully to ensure you’re happy with the condition before purchasing, as all sales are final and we do not accept refunds or returns.
